1970 LP 5000’s Lamborghini Countach 500 This 1981 was hand built with one thing in mind SPEED. The car is built on a 1981 Countach 5000’s body. It was professionally recreated by TMT Racing Inc. out of Burbank Ca. It was hand built to run the Silver state classic in Nevada. The car is capable of running over 200 mph the Lamborghini is also register as a Lambo not a kit car. Vin-number Lamborghini Motor Works S/N1091240. The chassis is fabricated with tubing with independent suspension with coil over shocks to adjust ride height. all wheel wells are made from aluminum for lightness, The whole bottom of the car is seal in aluminum panels to be aerodynamic. The Front wheels are 225/50 ZR-15 Rear wheels are 335/35 ZR-17 Pirelli’s. All wheels are on disk brakes with large front and rear adjustable torsion bars. The car has an on board fire control system. The cooling system: The engine has one large radiator in the front of the car and two more radiators in the vents and have fans on them that are manual operated. The car has no problem keeping this monster cool. The transmission is a 930 Porsche 4 speed & it can handle all the H.P. with no problem. The transmission also has a cooler and a pump that circulates the oil when running hard. The pump is also manual setting. The engine is a small block with 4 bolt main, this is a stroker with aluminum heads with big valves. The car has a Port fuel injection fuel system with computer. The engine is a dry sump and also has a oil cooler in the system. This setup is made to run hard & strong. The engine has a rev-limitor that shuts off at 8,000 R.P.M. This car is not for the weak hearted. The front windshield is brace in the middle for that high speeds. It is made of billet aluminum & the interior is all leather. The car has a radio with C.D. and a back up camera. When I brought the car the last owner said that if you look at the back of the car you can see where there was a parachute at one time. You can see there are four holes where there was one there at on time, and when you get in the car the ring is still there. When you get in the car there is also pins that you put in so that the doors don open at high speeds. Ive ran the car up to 100 M.P.H. and it wasn even working & the car had loads of power that was untouched! This car is a race car that is legal to drive on the streets. The H.P. on the engine is 600 to 700 H.P.may be more? The interior of the car is all like new leather! The paint is excellent & shows 8.5 of 10! The car is California registered & has no smog requirements. The motor is a V-8 small block Chevrolet stroker with port fuel injection with computer management system. The car has a 4 bolt main with the full dry sump motor. Dual fuel pumps! The transmission 930 Porsche transmission manual 4 speed.
Registered as 1970 with current
California registration & it is street legal!!!
